The Lisbon correspondent of the “ Times” reports that over fifty arrests have been made in connection with the reyolt, which was eventually suffocated. Lisbon has resumed its normal aspect, the streets and shops being crowded. The revolutionaiues apparently counted on the co-dsperation of th*» troops, but received no assistance, except from a few civilian extremists. Many bombs were found in various parts of the city. The arrangements made by the Government for dealing with the outbreak overwhelmed the insurgents. The discipline of the troops was excellent. Immediately the first shots were heard all streets were guarded and patrolled.
