The Vienna correspondept of the te Times ” save that members of the Austrian Cabinet are compelled to walk to their offices and elsewhere as the result of the chauffeurs attached to the Ministries striking in sympathy with the postal workers. The latter have sent an ultimatum to the Government that unless their demands are granted in their entirety within forty-eight hours, they will cease work. The strike is extending to other services.
