Advices from Canton state that Dr Sun Yat Sen haa announced his definite intention to seize the Canton Customs revenue within a few daye without informing the Foreign Consuls beforehand. Dr Sun Yat Sen alleges that the Pekin Government is using money collected at Kwangtung to make war on Kwangt»ung.
