INSURANCE SUBSIDY PROPOSALS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received December 6, 12.40 p.m.) TOKIO, December 5. The text of the Fire Insurance Subsidy Bill has been published, accompanied by a statement that the Government is j?repared to extend some assistance- to foreign insurance companies should they adopt a policy of payment of 10 per cent claims for compensation. The Government's advance is expected to reach 150,000,000 to 160.000,000 yen.
