CHRISTCHURCH. (Before Messrs Seaget* and Bingham. J.P.’s.) DRUNKENNESS. Two first offenders were each fined 10s or forty-eight hours. BREAKIXG AXD KNTER ING ALLEGED. Alfred Cox Small C2O) was charged with breaking and entering by day a dwelling in Clarence Road and stealing £2 10s. A remand for a week was ordered. Bail was refused. REMANDED. Harold Kerr (20), who was charged with tailing to comply with the terms of liis release on probation, was remanded to appear at Palmerston North.
