(Received October 25, 12.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 25The Australian Industrial Christian Fellowship, constituted on lines similar to the industrial fellowship already established in England, was inaugurated yesterday with Mr Willias, President of the Australian Labour Party Executive a-s the first president of the new movement. The objective of the new body is stated to be the application of the precepts and practice of Jesus to politics, industry, and social life with the same ethics for home, workshop, party, congregation, nation, and community The purpose is stated to be to unite all Christians, believing that .justice, and love should be the controlling motives for all social changes. It is proposed to organise the Christian Socialists, Labour supporters and church people in mutual fellowship. The officers elected comprised representatives of the assembly and all religious denominations.
