LIFE IN SPAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received October 1, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, September 30. The correspondent of the “ l>aily Telegraph ” at Madrid says that life in Spain was never so peaoeful as at present.
