Limited have received the following cable from their London office re wool: “ The auctions closed here firm, buyers operating freely. Compared with opening rates, we quote greasy merino beat, unchanged. greasy meriuo average one penny lower, half-bred 50-56 unchanged, crossbred 48-50, 46-48. 4MG half-penny lower, 40-44, 36-40 one farthing lower.” LONDON MEAT QUOTATIONS.
