(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 16. Messrs C. P. Skerrett, O. S. Watkins and W. E. Bidwell, who had been appointed by the president of the Racing Conference to adjudicate upon the appeal of S. Leslie Boles against the decision of the Auckland District Committee in disqualifying him for a term of three years from March 15, 1923, for corrupt practices under the Rules of Racing* find that the evidence was sufficient l*o justify the District Committee in coining to the decision at which it arrived.
