Rear-Admiral Fuller has been anpointed Third Sea- Lord. Rear-Admiral Cyril Thomas Fuller | was Chief of Staff of the Atlantic fleet * from 1920 to 1922. He served with the j Togoland and Cameroon Expeditionary ) Forces from 1914 to 1916 as senior i naval officer. In 1918 he was appointed Director of Plans Division. Naval War taff. Admiral Fuller was bead of the British naval section of the Peace Conference.
