PARIS, January 10. Several leading Communists, including MontmousseaUj Treint and Maranne, have been arrested and charged with conspiracy against the State. The Government to-morrow will seek the authority of the Chamber of Deputies to raise Cachin’s Parliamentary immunity, in order to arrest him.
