A MINISTERIAL VISIT. A visit was paid to the Exhibition this morning by the Hon E. P. Lee (Minister of Industries and Commerce) and Sir !». Heaton Kbodes (Minister of Defence). they were mot on arrival by Mr \Y. J. Jenkin, president of the Exhibition Executive and other officials and were taken through the building bv Air Jenkin. Both Ministers were present at the opening of the Exhibition on November 18. and were particular! y impressed this morning with improvements that have been eanied out since the opening date. Mr Lee remarked this morning that lie was greatly impressed w i_tjj the wellmerited success that lnuT attcifUed Exhibition. The attendances of the public hat! been particularly good and that fact was most gratifying parti- * cplarly as the main object of the Exhibition was to bring New Zealandmade goods prominently to the notice of the general public. The standard of the exhibitors was very high and lie wished to pas a tribute to the enthusiastic co-operation of the exhibitors. He had noticed a number of exhibits that had not been prepared on opening day and ho considered the display svas very complete in all respects. But without the support of public the Exhibition could not achieve its objects and he was therefore particularly pleased to find the public attending so well.
