The Otago Boxing Association passed the following resolution in reply to the council's attitude in connection with the M'Cleary-M'Quai l>e dispute:—“This association cun hardly conceive that the reply received from D’e secretary of the New Zealand Borina: Council is the well-con-sidered opinion of that body, as this association had obtained the opinions of two eminent counsel which oonfirmed the opinion of its own solicitor.
