COAL DISCHARGING PLANT. The Union Company’s coal discharging plant, erected at the extreme end of the Gladstone Pier, is expected to be ready for work by the end of this week. PROHIBITION R ALLY. The Hon W. F. Finlayson delivered an address on prohibition at the, Harbour Board office corner in the luncheon hour yesterday before an audience of about 250. Mr T. W. Lester (Mayor) introduced the speaker.
