The late Lord Nortlicliffe was accorded an impressive funeral service in Westminster Abbey. General F. G. Cotter represented the 1 Vince of Wales and Mr Edward Grigg the Prime Minister. The American and French Ambassadors, several members of the diplomatic corps and the New Zealand High Commissioner, Sir James Allen, were also present. A GREAT CONCOURSE. United Service. LONDON, August 17. There was a great concourse inside and outside the Abbey to pay the last tribute to the late Lord Nortlicliffe. The long route to Marylebone Cemetery was lined with people of all classes, standing bare-headed, while the coffin was followed by a seemingly endless stream of cars. A huge, car, laden with floral tributes from the highest io the humblest, further demonstrated the wide esteem in which /Lord Northcliffe mas held.
