* NEUTRAL ZONE. CREEKS TO WITHDRAW FOR SIX MILES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright United Service. CONSTANTINOPLE, August 17. Unforeseen circumstances prevented the signing of the protocol defining the neutral zone at Chataldja, but the Greek and Allied commanders reached an agreement under which the Greeks w ill withdraw for six miles from the present demarcation line, and the bulk ol the Greek troops will be withdrawn beyond the Rodosto-Midia line. The failure of the London Conference created anxiety in Turkish circles, which are fearing unfavourable consequences of a further postponement of the Near East settlement.
