RUSSIAN DELEGATION'S POLICY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Tenter’s Telegrams. (Received Julv 28. 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 27. In the House of Commons, in reply to a question. Mr Lloyd George said • that if the Russian Government announced plainly its intention to pursue the policy foreshadowed by the Russian delegation at The Hague, the British Government would certainly do its utmost to assist Britishers to enter into negotiations with the Russian Government and carry them to a successful conclusion. Regarding M. Poincare’s visit, ho said that a difficulty had arisen in consequente of the Ministerial crisis n Italy and the date of the visit would depend entirely on when the crisis was solved.
