MURDER OF BANK MANAGER.
SEVERAL STRONG CLUES. ARREST POSSIBLE. By Telegraph—Press Asecciation—Copyrigb Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. {Received July 11, 9.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 11. The police have several strong dues by which they hope shortly to trace the murderer of Mr Frank Cecil Kenunis, manager of the Horn sly branch of the Government Savings Bank. Information which lias been supplied includes a description of a man who was hanging round the Hornsby station for several days, and who hoarded the train by which Kemmis travelled. Further information states that two men were seen hurriedly to jump from the Hornsby train just before it stopped at Waitara. and run down the embankment and disappear. The bank officials are of opinion that Kemmis was watched for a considerable time, as a couple of weeks ago a man called at the bank after office hours and asked for some stamps, stating that he had been sent by the Post Office The officials became suspicious, and communicated with Hie postmaster, who denied .-ending anybody.
