MISS M. E. BROOK. R.R.C. (and bar), has been matron of the Rannerdale Solfliers’ Home since it was opened over twelve months ago. Miss Brook went to Samoa in 1914. and held the rank of matron there and in subsequent war service. She was matron in charge of two hospital ships at various times, and was in charge of a hospital in France.
