UPPER SILESIA.
IN STATE OF SIEGE. By Telegraph—Preps Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. BERLIN, May 20. Following a polio© and military raid in Upper Silesia which has been in a state of siege for a week owing bo bandit outrages, thirty persons have been rounded up and arrested. Two, it ia believed, were implicated in the murder of Sergeant Store*-. belonging to the British Army of occupation.
