Owing to the election to the Chamber of a Fascisti deputy. Signor Piccinato, for Rovigo, the capital of the province of Rovigo, being annulled, squadrons of Fascisti troop* from Padua and Ferrara occupied the town where they are attacking the Socialists and the clergy. A number of casualties are reported. The authorities arc* powerless to prevent the trouble.
