It was pointed out by Mr Wyvern | Wilson. S.M., at the Magistrate's Court this morning that the clauses in the Act, under which a tenant could plead hardship when an application was made by the owner of a house for possession, had been wiped out by the legislation of last session, except in so far as they applied to returned soldiers. The tenant in the case under notice was :t married man with six children whose ages ranged from eleven years down t*> six months. The Magistrate made ail order for possession within three weeks
