SAITTH MTILSH. A very pretty wedding was solemnised oti Saturday afternoon at St Alary's ChurcK, Aferivale. the. Yen. AichHaggitt officiating, when Aliss AA inifi'ed AVelsb, youngest daughter of Airs O. H. Jubb, was married to Air Donald A’. G. Smith, onlv son of .Mrs A . Smith, of Sydney. Th© bride, who was escorted to the altar by her brother. Air E. Welsh, looked charming in a dainty frock of ivory satin, ornamented with hand-embroidered floweys. and draped with an overdress of silver lace. Her veil, arranged mob style, was wreathed with pearls. A bouquet of white roses and chrysanthemums, bunched with narrow satin streamers, completed a most effective toilette. The bridesmaid. Aliss Dorothy AVelsh, sister of the bride, wore an uncommon frock of jade crepe de chine, black Jace hat trimmed with vari-eoloured posies. fSh© carried a beautiful bouquet. of ■autumn-tinted chrysanthemums. Mr S. Prebble attended as best man. After the ceremony a reception was held at “ Ashleigh."’ Devonport Lane, where Airs Jubb received her guests dressed in a smart black velvet and charmeua© frock, with which was worn a chic toque of Oriental ebarmeuse, with ostrich feather trimming. Amongst th© guests present were : A'en. Archdeacon Haggitt and Airs Haggitt, Mr and Mrs -T. Jackman. Mr and Mrs ft. Rankin, Air and Mrs Barker. Mr and Mrs TwvforcJ, Air and Airs Skelton.
