NEW RAILWAY POLICY.
MR MASSEY’S HOPES. (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 27. At the Commercial Travellers’ Club Mr Massey said he hoped, in the near future, to announce a new railway policy. The Prime Minister left for Whangarei to-night.
