RANGIORA MARKET. There was a very large attendance at to-day’s Rangiora market. The sheep totalled 3C73, 133 being fat wethers, 44 fat. ewes and 896 stores. The quality of the fats was a>n improvement, and prices were better. A pen of extra prime wethers sold at 2Ls sd, topping the market, and the best price for ewes was 225. The range of prices for fat wethers was ‘2ss 3d to 26s 3d, medium quality 21s to ‘22s lid and light sorts 16s 6d to 19s. Prime ewes 19s to 225, others 14s to ISs.
