LIGHTHOUSE IN FRANCE. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. United Service. (Received October 31, 12.40 p.m.) PARIS, October 30. A billion candle-power Government lighthouse, throwing a light two hundred miles, is being erected on the summit of Mount Africa, outside Dijon, fifteen hundred feet high, to guide airmen on the Italian and African routes.
