The Budapest correspondent of the “ Sunday Express *> states that exEmperor Karl av.d the Queen are closely confined in the small grounds of a convent. Troops are guarding the island, while an armoured motor-boat patrols the lake. Count Andrawsy and the other leaders will be trie/d to-morrow on charges of sedition. If capital sentences are passed, it va believed that Admiral Hortliy will communte them to life imprisonment. Karl and the ex*Empress Zita are at present interned at Tihanv in a Benedictine abbey, sixty miles"from Budapest. ENTENTE DEMANDS DELIVERY. By Telegraph-—Press Association—Copyright. The Entente’s Note demanding the delivery of Karl to the commander of the British flotilla at Buda Pest and the immediate proclamation of Karl’s forfeiture of the throne was handed to the Hungarian Government yesterday.
