The new Bavarian Cabinet includes all the members of the Dr Kahr Government except the Minister of Justice, Dr Roth, of the German National Party, whose portfolio has been taken by Herr Lerchenfeld. The latter, in a speech at tlie Bavarian Diet, said he stood for absolute fidelity to the Empire, and announced that negotiations with the Imperial Chancellor with regard to the raising of the state of siege, in which Bavaria now lives, will be resumed shortly. _
