MR ELL AND “THE KIWI.”
LEGAL ACTION PROPOSED. Mr H. G. Kill stated this morning that ho had instructed his solicitor to take steps to recover the illuminated sign and carved collecting-box. which had been removed from the walls of •’ The Sign of the Kiwj,” where he had placed them. It is understood that interesting developments are pending in connection with Mr Ell’s proposed occupation o' “ The Sign of the Kiwi.”
