♦ [P*r Press Association.! WELLINGTON. July 7. The iiual stages of the scheme of decentralisation of the Public Trust Office now have been reached. From July 1 the offices at Masterton, Blenheim and Grey mouth will be controlled by local deputy public trustees. Arrangements also have been completed for the appointment of a local deputy public trustee at New' Plymouth, to deal with work in that district. The Minister says that each stage in the progress of decentralisation has been accompanied by more rigorous inspection of district offices. The system i? now complete in every detail. Local deputy public trustee offices have been grouped and officers permanently attached to them to carry out a continuous review of the administration of all estates.
