fPEit Prf.ss Association.! WANGANUI, May 12. A sun spot is visible to the naked eye through a smoked glass. It is estimated by Mr J. T. Ward, director of the local observatory, to be eighty thousand miles long and between forty and fifty thousand miles wide.
