SCHOOL DENTISTRY.
PROBATIONER NURSES APPOINTED, [From Our Coh-respondent.] "WELLINGTON. February 22. To carry out a complete system of school dentistry the chief dental officer recommended training a number of women to conduct simple dental operations on children in primary schools. 1 These dental nurses are to undergo a j course of training for tiro years in t 'Wellington. It is stated that a very large number of applications were received for the positions, and the Public Service Commissioner has appointed thirty-five probationary nurses to receive training.
