A case was heard in the Magistrate'w Court last Friday in which a youth named Graham Charles Thomas was charged with unlawfully, but in a manner not amounting to theft, taking -a. bicycle. By ah unfortunate m!s----c nance, the word lt not ** was omitted from our report. In justice to the boy it should be stated that there wat an entire absence of any intention to improperly use or appropriate the bicycle. and his explanation of how I • came to be in possession was fully confirmed, and was accepted by the Magistrate. We much regret the mistake v* heh. appeared in our report.
