BOYS’ CAMP AT KAITUNA.
Rambles to Kaituna Pass, through the beautiful native bush in Kaituna Galley, and to the summit of Mount' Herbert and other peaks, from which magnificent views can he obtained, arc features of the boys’ summer camp at Kaituna, held in connection with the Y.M.C-A. hoys’ work department, the Bovs’ Gordon Hall. The to fits arc pitched bn Mr Walter Parkinson's propertv. the site being n< the Foot of the patch of native bush in the Kaituna Valley. Close at hand are all the attractions which make the site an ideal spot for such a camp, • and rambling and swimming' are freely indulged in. Recreative games are played, and devotional gatherings are held in the evenings. The camp, which is under the charge of MV V. M. Ye!Yin, boys’ work director. at present accommodates forty boys, and arrangements have been made for fresh relays to go out cac-h week. Much interest is being taken in the hoys by the local residents, several of whom have each made donations of a sheep toward the commissiariat.
