MOVIES AND LESS’CRIME. LONDON, November 14. Tim Recorder at Nowcastle-on-Tyne, in accepting the usual gift of a pair of_ white gloves in honour of a clean crime-sheet, said that tho police attributed tho great, reduction in crime to tho influence of the moving pictures. A man nmy took his family and patronised the pictures instead of tho hotel.
