SUPREME COURT.

IN CHAMBERS. His Honor Mr Justice Herdnian held a sitting of the Supremo Court in chambers to-day. Probate was granted of the wills of tho following deceased persons:—Ruth Louisa Roberts (Mr G. H. Buchanan), Helena Clark (Mr C. A. Stringer), Richard Joshua Thorpe (Mr H. D. Andrews). Letters of administration were granted in the estate of William Wraight, deceased (-Mr T. I). Harman). In re Bavid Gordon Holmes, deceased (Mr B. L. Lane), a motion for an order for leave to expend income in upkeep and maintenance of garden and grounds was granted.On the motion of Mr F. H. Sargent, an order was made in M’Lcan r. M’Lean, excusing the petitioner from joining tho co-respondent.
