'REPORTS AND BILLS. (Special to tho “ Star.”) WELLINGTON, September 15. There will probably be a mass of committee reports to be taken by the tip use this afternoon. For the evening the Native Trustee Bill is at the 'lead of the list, and next in order are the Licensing Amendment Bill and the Immigration Restriction Bill (committee stages). Both Mr M’Callum and -nr Lysnar have given notice of amendments embodying some of their idea* of licensing reform, but as the Prime -Minister Ims stated definitely that the bill will he dropped if altered by the inclusion of new matter, there will not bo much encouragement to debate private proposals. r
