SCOUT MASTERS' ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of tho Scoutmasters' Assoclalion, No. 4 a District, was held on Month-.* last, Brigade Commander Carrington in the chair. The following Scoutmasters wero present—Frogntt, Poro. Betts, Huunibell. Kemp, 'Wood'-, Lie, Murray, ’ Old ridge, t! Marlow, P. Marlow, and Deputy District Commander Tooth. Many items of' interest wer* talked over, perhaps.' the principal ono *. ml being in connection with the Fuller'.-; Fire Flag, recently won hy Sumner (Scoutmaster Murray) Troop. It was unanimously agreed that a concert ho held on July li in connection with the presentation of the flag to the Sumner Troop. Mr Hamilton. Sumner, requested that during hia leave of absence from tiu. . movement ho should still remain a member of the Scoutmasters' Association, and i; was agreed to grant Mr Hamilton his wish. ‘ Scoutmaster Froggatt- (St Michael's) moved , s that, as ho did not think the Scoutmasters . have the power they ought to have, it should be allowed that one Scoutmaster from each . troop should attend tfco District Committee meetings. Jfr Murray (Sumner) seconded tha motion, which was carried. Scoutmaster Ilunnibell (Latimer Square Troop), was elected secretary of the Scout- « masters' Association in the number 2 district.
