CANTERBURY CLUB. The thirty-seventh annual meeting cl tho Canterbury Bowling Club was held in tho pavilion on balurday evening, Air U. C. OcX vice-president oi the club, in the chair! Tho annual report expreesed the thanks ortho membera to the committee, the late president (Mr M. E. Barnett) and to Mr Bowkor in connection with the handaome addition to the club rooms. Thanks were also expressed to thoso members who had $ purchased debentures enabling tW club to provide itself with a full-sized billiard table. The balance-sheet, which showed a credit of £6 17s, was adopted, together with tho report. On the motion of Mr Benzie, it was decided that Rule 10 should be altered to read. A' selector ,pr selectors shall be appointed by tho annual general meeting, and a match steward and n handicapper shall be appointed bv- the •Executive Committee at its first meeting thereafter.” The election ci officers for the enduing year resulted a s follows ; —President, Mr O.
