, t ROUG# weather prevents repairs; (Pm Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 4. In connection with the repairs to the Pacific cable the general post office received a wireless at 10 a.m. from the repairing steamer Iris to the effect that the weather was still too bad to permit of repairs being effected, and was getting worse.
