BREACH OF PROHIBITION ORDER.
aMry Herbert, alias Waugh, for a breach of a prohibition order in force agamst her, was fined 20s, in default seven days imprisonment.

S. Thomas) pleaded guilty, hut the plea; was withdrawn, on the application of .Air I nomas, who stated that a civil action arising out of the matter was pending. I he case was adjourned to March .12 ° Herbert Heron (Mr M’Don gall) pleaded not guilty to a charge of not riding to the lino of intersection in turning on a motor-cycle. Hie case was adjourned till March 12. Charges against Walter Edwin Simea (Mr Hanna) of leaving a motor-car unattended in Cashel Street, for a. longer period than five minutes, and leaving a motor-car unattended without lights, were dismissed. A fine of lOs and costs was imposed on Henry C- Barnett, who had driven a, motor-onv without lights. For speeding on the North Road George L. Adams was fined £1 and costs.
A charge^against Christonher Atkinson (Mr Johnston) of speeding on the I/ycr s Puss Road was dismissed, A further charge against the defendant of driving a motor-car between a cramenr and the kerbing was aRo dismissed.

Horace Suckling was ordered to pay costs on a charge of failing to stojo before crossing a railway line. Arthur C. L- Malkins, for driving a vehicle without lights, was fined £1 and costs and for , speeding on the North Road a similar fine was imposed. A MAINTENANCE CASE. Bosina Barker (Mr White) applied for the variation of a maintenance order against George Collett Barker (Mr C. S. Thomas), An application was also filed by the defendant for a cancellation of the order, Both applications were dismissed. FOOD AND WATER. Charles Nelson, charged with failing to supply two horses with sufficient food and water, was fined £l.
