MINING DEVELOPMENT. [Pek Press Association.] HOKITIKA, November 25, Importpant developments regarding hydroelectric power from Toaroba-Caiiyon-Koko-tahi district are likely to eventuate in connection with a largo mining enterprise at Kitnu Flat, where a strong American company is taking up dredging. The suggestion is that machinery be worked by electric power generated at Toaroha, The lino will traverse a large agricultural district, and the enterprise is looked upon hero with great satisfaction. Other important mining developments in the North Totemakau district ore also on the tapis.
