Ladies and Gentlemen. —• I am of the opinion that Canterbury should and could loud Mew Zealand I Tlie Progress League has submitted to me a scries of questions. lam not going to support the Progress League unless they show progress. It is takin all their power to run their shafting just now. I want to seo tho machinery moving.
