IN CHAMBERS.
In the Supreme Court in chambers this morning, his Honor Mr Justice Herdman dealt with the following business :
A motion for directions ns to service was granted in respect Trevor James Grierson, deceased (Mr Buchanan). A summons to fix day for presentation of petition in re the Kaiapoi Vv oollen Manufacturing Coy was granted, and October 10 was the day fixed. Mr Upham moved for a summons for leave to enforce award in Albert Ernest Kirk v. John Moynihen. An order was made accordingly, costs £2 2s and disbursements to be paid by defendant.
A decree absolute was granted in Enos \ ictor William Crouch (Mr Lucas) v. Lillian Cecil Crouch and Edward O’Brien.
A motion for leave to sell in Francis David Kesteven (Mr Thomas) v. Robert Black was granted, costs £7 7s and ciisoursemcnts allowed to applicant. A motion of the same character was granted in William Quinn (Mr Cunningham) v. Joseph Albert James Even.
