It is believed that President Wilson informed the Supremo Council be would oppose the settlement of the Pinmo controversy by giving the city to Italy leaving the port facilities freo under the League of Nations. ITALIANS ENTER DALMATIA. BELGRADE, September 25. An official message from Spalato (Dalmatia) states that an Italian detachment with armoured cars crossed the lino of demarcation and entered Troghir despite resistance. A few Jugo-Slav soldiers and Serbian troops have gone to meet tho Italians. Two American warships have left Spalato for Troghir. It is stated the Italian Admiral Millo informed tho American commander that the detachment consisted of mutineers.
