MINISTERS TO RESIGN. [Per Press Association.'] WELLINGTON, August 22. The remainder of the Liberal members of the Ministry will follow Sir Joseph Ward's example and resign. The Hon W- D. S. Mac Donald and the Hon T. M. Wilford will tender their resignations to-day. The Hon G. W. Russell has several important matters to clear up, which will take him till Monday.
