The fuifitralMm Jockov Club usport slio'ws that during tho past year £B-8,406 toa distributed in stakes, tho actual added money being £71,100. During tho current year it is proposed to increase tho stakes by £4900. Tho total contributions for patriotic purposes amounted to £105,063. In addition to a number of smaller increases the Jockey Club decided to increase the prize for the Villiere Stakes to £IOOO, and the December Stakes and Summer Cup each to £ISOO. 1 STEAD’S TEAM.
