There is a growing feeling of resentmet against the continued retention of Japanese troops in Siberia, the necessity for military assistance, which was the solo reason for their dispatch, having ceased to exist, and Japan bains pledged to non-interference in Russia’s internal affairs. Besides the objections as to continuing the expense there is a feeling that Japa must never be involved in Russian civil war.
