A Supreme Council / communique states; — The Allies are anxious for peace with Hungary', but cannot attempt it until Hungary possesses a representative Government. Belakun’;* administration does not fulfil this condition. It has broken the armistice and is actually attacking the Allies’ power. Therefore, foreign occupation of Hungary will continue until tho armistice is complied with.
COALITION PROPOSED.

BASLE, July 27. Cotmt in nti interview, favours a coalition of the Bourgeoisie and Social democrats. The Entente could pot negotiate with Belnkun. representing only one section of the people. He admitted that Bclakun could only lie overthrown by force.
