MUNICIPAL COAL.

SECOND CONSIGNMENT. The Mayor has received word that s 70,000 feet of timber is stored on top of the Kamona’a consignment of nnnicipal coal, consequently it will ho im possible to commence delivery of it before Friday. The Kamona has 233 tons of coal (for the council. It is stated that the consignment is of excellent quality, being practically highly screened coal. Captain Lockington has advised the Mayor that he has made arrangements with the State coal mines, whereby he will be able to augment considerably the supplies available for the council.
